1. Why is your software free?

We at Cyntrigal Inc. believe that the software market is highly over priced and most companies take advantage of this. The majority of our products are works-in-progress and we encourage our customers to make suggestions and comments to make them better (this is they way software should be). Software companies make billions of dollars each year selling their software products for over inflated prices when it can be done for next to nothing. Several of our products are simple to use and simple to create it is merely a myth that everything is complicated in the Computer business. We want to share our products with the world so together we can make better software and better business.

2. Do your products come with support?
